As a
technology company or firm, your objective is getting your product
or service into your customers' hands quickly. Worrying about legal
jargon, how to protect your intellectual property or hours of
negotiation can reduce your productivity and prevent your business
from growing. An ill-drafted agreement can even land you in trouble
and financial loss.
My approach is a little different from most other lawyers. I
appreciate that comprehensive legal protection means very little
unless your business is maximizing its revenues and profits. Whether
it is helping you understand the intricacies of Internet law,
developing website terms of use and privacy policies, drafting and
negotiating a technology license agreement, or closing a deal with a
large customer, I translate confusing legal concepts into
straightforward, practical advice that is easy to understand and
further can help you draft an agreement that takes care of your
worries.
I specialize in IT and IP law and have experience of advising small
to very large organizations both in the UK and overseas. You can
expect an exceptional level of personal service not common with most
traditional law firms.
